The Carbon TPT case represents one of Richard Mille's most distinctive material achievements: a composite constructed from hundreds of carbon fibre layers laid at 45-degree alternating angles and infused with a proprietary resin, producing a surface with a characteristic rippled grain that is simultaneously among the lightest and most structurally rigid case materials in watchmaking.
